Holiday Winemaker's Dinner

'Tis the season to be merry and bright, and celebrate with delicious food and wine! 

Join us for the most magical event of the year! Moravia Wines' is hosting our annual Winemaker's Dinner, this year one night only. Event will begin at 6pm with festive cocktails and snacks, then dinner served approximately 6:30pm.  This dinner includes five delectable courses, beautifully prepared by A Thumbs Up Catering. Each course is paired with one of Moravia's award-winning wines.

Tickets are $110 per person. $100 for CREW (wine club) members use the access CREW to get your discount (four discounted tickets per membership). Invite your wine and food loving friends to purchase tickets and enjoy the evening with you! Once tickets are purchased, we will contact you to find out who you would like to be seated with. Tickets are limited and this event will sell out, so don't wait too long to get your tickets.  See the menu below (vegetarian options are available).

APPETIZER COURSE - Cranberry Pomegranate Relish Crostini - Cranberries, pomegranate arils, orange zest, sriracha, cilantro, & goat cheese on a crostini - Paired with Moravia 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

SALAD COURSE - Roasted Butternut Squash Salad - Mixed tender greens, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, Point Reyes blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans, & balsamic vinaigrette - Paired with Moravia 2023 Pinot Noir

SOUP COURSE - Potato Bisque with butter poached lobster tail & chili oil - Paired with Moravia 2022 Primitivo

MAIN COURSE - Monogram Beef Wellington - Red wine reduction mushrooms duxelles, Dijon mustard, wrapped in puff pastry, saffron fingerling potatoes, roasted tri color carrots - Paired with Moravia 2023 Petit Verdot

DESSERT COURSE - Sticky toffee pudding - served ala mode with Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream - Paired with Moravia Tawney Port
