Holiday Winemaker's Dinner

Tickets are $130 per person. $120 for CREW (wine club) members use the access CREW to get your discount (four discounted tickets per membership).

Invite your wine and food loving friends to purchase tickets and enjoy the evening with you! Once tickets are purchased, we will contact you to find out who you would like to be seated with so all your friends can be seated together. Tickets are limited and this event will sell out, so don't wait too long to get your tickets.

Course One - Choose one of the two below at check out - paired with Moravia Sauvignon Blanc

• Prawn & Crab Cocktail - Three jumbo prawns, lump crab, celery & avocado with house made horseradish cocktail sauce

• Oysters on the 1/2 Shell - 2 oysters, mignonette sauce, horseradish, & lemon

Course Two - Butternut Squash Soup paired with Moravia Chardonnay

Roasted butternut squash, green apples, cream & seasonings served in a maple syrup roasted baby pumpkin.

Course Three - Classic Wedge paired with Moravia Hygge Blush

Iceberg lettuce wedge, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, house made crutons, dry blue cheese, & chunky blue cheese dressing

Course Four - Certified Angus Beef Prime New York Steak with Compound Butter paired with Moravia Bourbon Barrel Cabernet

Yukon gold mashed potatoes with roasted garlic, bacon wrapped asparagus

Course Five - Creme Brulee with Fresh Berries paired with Tinta Maderia Port
