Event description

Welcome to Holiday Kids Club 2025!

All kids in primary school are invited to join us for a day full of fun with games, painting, craft, food, music and learning about Jesus!

Holiday Kids Club is a one-day kids fun extravaganza on Friday 18th July from 9am - 3pm at St Clement's Anglican Church.

The fun doesn't stop then because on Sunday 20th July we have a service for the entire family at 10:30am with more games, craft and learning about Jesus. Then, from July 25th 3.30-5pm we have our kids club running every Friday afternoon during school term!

During the Friday we will have:

Sessions

All In time with games, songs, skits and lessons from the bible about Jesus!

Art/ Craft/ Games/ Food activity rooms

Multiple times throughout the day kids will be guided through superhero-themed crafts adjusted for different age groups!

Games

We will play games: running games, slower games, indoor games, outdoor games and free play- there will be something for everyone!

Food

A basic morning tea and lunch will be provided, covered in the cost of the day. We are happy for guardians to pack any extra/ alternate food in their bag that attendees will be able to access at food times. Please refrain from sending food with nuts.

New Friends

Throughout the day there will be plenty of time to make new friends.

We ask that attendees bring/ wear:

Clothes that can get dirty. We don't intend on attendees becoming messy but are aware that the nature of kids fun mean that clothes may be affected. Essentially, please do not send attendees in precious clothes.
Enclosed Shoes
Sunscreen: We will have sunscreen available for reapplication throughout the day.
Named Water Bottle
Hat
Jumper/ Jacket/ Warm layer
Any extra food if desired
Any medications that will need to be taken throughout the day in a ziplock bag

Backpacks/bags with these personal items will be stored in a room able to be accessed at various points throughout the day.

Attendees will leave with everything they've made throughout the day, some extra goodies and lots of memories of fun and laughter! We're looking forward to spending the day with you!

Finally and most importantly, safety of children is paramount and as such in policy and practice St Clement's Anglican Church uphold Safe Ministry, including that kids leaders have a verified Working with Children's Check.

Refund policy

BOOKING: Registration is confirmed only when full payment has been received and St Clement's has provided written confirmation stating that the registration was successful. Registration will close seven (7) days before the start of Holiday Kids Club or when all positions have been filled. Once Holiday Kids Club has been filled, potential attendees may be placed on a waiting list. All cancellations must be lodged to St Clement’s in writing. Cancellations made up to seven (7) days prior to the commencement of Holiday Kids Club will receive a refund less any booking fees. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of Holiday Kids Club will incur a charge of 100% of the fee. Where possible, St Clement’s will endeavour to refund some of the fee if cancellation is due to sickness. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree that St Clement’s has the right to cancel Holiday Kids Club; - If registrations for Holiday Kids Club do not exceed minimum number requirements - If leader numbers are below reasonable levels of supervision requirements, or - Due to circumstances beyond St Clement’s reasonable control which means it is not viable for St Clement’s to operate Holiday Kids Club as planned. Where Holiday Kids Club is cancelled by St Clement’s refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. St Clement’s is not responsible for any incidental expenses that the attendee (or anyone associated with the attendee) may have incurred as a result of the Holiday Kids Club registration. The attendee acknowledges and agrees that St Clement’s is empowered to take action including terminating the attendee’s presence at Holiday Kids Club without notice for, if in the opinion of St Clement’s, jeopardising the safety or rights of others or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls of Holiday Kids Club. It is agreed that the attendee (or parent/ guardian/ next of kin) will meet the expense of the attendee being returned home by collecting the attendee personally. It is understand that such an arrangement may be necessary due to, in the opinion of St Clement’s, non-cooperation of any description or the inability to meet the rigors and requirements of the Holiday Kids Club by the attendee. LIABILITY: St Clement’s will not be liable for any delay in performing or non-performance of any of its obligations under an Event due to strikes, acts of God, fires, explosion, flood, riot, lockouts, injunction, interruption of transportation, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, war, government actions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the attendee (or anyone associated with the attendee releases St Clement’s, its employees, volunteers and any person acting on their behalf for any and all liability to the attendee (or anyone associated with the attendee) relating to, arising from, occasioned by, attributed to or caused by any intentional or unintentional act or omission, negligence, an accident and/ or misfortune. CONFIDENTIALITY: St Clement’s will treat the information provided confidentially. This information may be shared within the leadership team or a third party when it concerns medical health or care of the individuals listed. Additionally, St Clement’s may use private information to maintain contact with you about our programs, to report to you about our work or to encourage you to learn about what we do. To access any personal information that St Clement’s holds about you, with the exception of information gathered in relation to child protection issues, please email youthandkids@stclement.com.au. If you have any queries in relation to the manner in which we handle your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact us. IMAGES/ VIDEOS: By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree to attendees being filmed, photographed and/ or recorded in appropriate settings by the event organisers, and that the attendee, or anyone associated with the attendee will have no claim over any future use of such material. You understand that the photographs and or video footage of attendees taken during this event may be use for promotional purposes. For exceptions to this please email youthandkids@stclements.com.au prior to two (2) days before Holiday Kids Club. MEDICAL: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you give permission, in the case of a medical emergency, to the doctor chosen by St Clement’s Anglican to secure proper treatment for and/ or order hospitalisation, injection, anaesthetic or surgery for your child. It is also agreed that the parent/ guardian/ next of kin will agree to pay the appropriate fees for such service, transportation and treatment. You understand that every effort will be made to contact you and additional emergency contacts prior to instituting such procedures. The possession and/ or use of medications for personal use is only permitted for prescription drugs where prescribed by a medical practitioner, or where over-the-counter drugs as permitted by law (i.e. for legitimate medical reasons); and only when taken in accordance with the recommended dosage and directions.
