A small Group Hypnobirthing Course is a holistic approach to birth preparation and will give you an in-depth understanding of what to expect, how to prepare mentally and physically for your journey ahead, so that you can have a calm and empowered birth experience, no matter what happens on the day.

This birth class is for you if you :

Desire a positive and calm birth experience.
Want to stay present and fully enjoy the moment.
Are ready to release any worries or fears about birth and learn how to shift your mindset.
Want your partner to support you confidently during birth, even if things don’t go as planned.

After this class, you’ll:

Be able to make informed choices, no matter how your birth unfolds.
Confidently use Hypnobirthing techniques to remain calm during labour.
Know how to replace negative feelings and fears about birth with excitement and confidence.
Trust your body and intuition to birth your baby your way.
Feel supported by your partner and confident in their ability to support you.

Anna will guide you on your birthing journey sharing her wisdom and years of experience as a birth doula and Hypnobirthing Teacher. Recommended time to do the course is between 18-36 weeks gestation, but she will support you on your journey no matter how far along you are.
