Join Cherie Frances as she explores the topic of Holistic Boundaries.
Protecting our own energy on a subtle level is something we don't hear too much about, but it's so important. Especially with the world today, bombarding us from all sides with wholesome and unwholesome energies. Setting holistic boundaries for energy protection is a valuable life skill that Cherie Frances knows much about.
In this presentation, Cherie will discuss the different boundary dimensions (physical, mental, digital, time, energetic), the impact of technology and media, self-talk and communication, chronic boundary violations, and some practical strategies for strengthening your own boundaries. And the session will conclude with a meditation or visualisation for reinforcing boundaries.
