Begin your journey with a gentle, meditative yoga practice focused on breath awareness and mindful movement. This intentional practice stimulates the vagus nerve, activating your parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural “rest and digest” state. Through slow, flowing sequences, you'll release tension, soothe the nervous system and settle into a state of deep relaxation and presence.

Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony
We’ll then gather to share in a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting connection, emotional clarity and inner wisdom. Known for its ability to deepen meditative states and foster compassion, cacao helps soften emotional barriers and create space for self-love and empathy toward others.

Guided Yoga Nidra
Following cacao, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra—a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep.” This practice gently leads you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where profound healing and nervous system reset can occur. It’s the perfect bridge between the cacao ceremony and sound healing, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the experience and prepare for deeper relaxation.

Sound Healing Journey with Nao
To complete the journey, Nao will guide you through a sound bath featuring singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments. The therapeutic vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to release stored tension, recalibrate the body’s energy, and encourage a deeply peaceful state of being.
