Holistic Living - what is it, and why is that so important? 

While traditional Western medicine focuses on treating the symptoms, and specific parts of the parts of the body that are unhealthy, an holistic approach looks at the whole person: mind, body and spirit.

As a powerful approach to preventative health, this is a method that will help you maintain good health, wellness and vitality in the long term. This is Foundational Wellness!

We will be talking about the 4 key pillars that help your body function: 

• Detoxification
• Digestion
• Hormonal function 
• Immunity

and we will look at the main lifestyle pillars:

• Diet & Nutrition
• Inflammation
• Hydration 
• Mental and emotional stress
• Sleep and self care
• Toxic Load
