I'm Jess Karnaghan, from childhood fascination with crystals to a transformative encounter with a clairvoyant healer in Forster/Tuncurry, NSW, my journey into human potential unfolded. Certified in Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Ignite Your Spirit Therapy, I transitioned from emergency conflict resolution to become a certified Life Coach and NLP practitioner.

Discoveries in NLP and Matrix Therapy unraveled childhood beliefs, freeing me from automatic behaviors. Renewed by global spiritual explorations, I'm now on the NSW coast, a certified NLP trainer. Through personal experiences and professional expertise, I inspire others to embrace authenticity and joy on their transformative journeys.

SONYA BIOGRAPHY:

Sonya Furlong stands among Australia's top-tier Master Trainers in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), offering life-changing coaching and training programs. As the owner of the Centre for Life Therapies, she has created a holistic haven for mental well-being and personal growth.
