Event description

Come join me in this fun + informative workshop where we will learn about all things Holistic Wellness.

Our focus will be on the power + simplicity of natural health. Thus creating knowledge + awareness around the beauty of supporting our bodies + our homes through the use of essential oils.

 

We will learn the basics about essential oils, explore ways to support our immune + nervous system, chat about children's health, create a few easy daily routines to promote overall wellness, create better sleep + enhance vitality plus learn a few simple swaps for the home to reduce our toxic load. All leading us towards creating healthy habits that quite literally change your life.

This class is designed for the brand newbie to the oily guru + everyone in between.

There will be plenty of oils to sniff, products to sample, snacks to nibbles + empowering conversations to be had :)
