Holly 'Cookie' Baker supported by Kitty
Event description
After a five-year hiatus from touring, Australian singer-songwriter Holly ‘Cookie’ Baker is making a triumphant return to the stage. The journey kicks off on May 28 in Auckland, winding through ten intimate NZ venues before returning home for a run of Australian shows, including a hometown performance in Adelaide.
Known for her sparkling vocals, poetic grit, and dynamic storytelling, Cookie has toured with Mick Thomas, recorded with Tim Rogers, and shared the stage with icons like Neko Case, Kate Miller-Heidke, and Jen Cloher.
After focusing on songwriting and creative producing in recent years, 2025 marks a fresh chapter for Cookie — one rooted in patience, intimacy, and community.
“This tour is really about reconnecting — with the music, with the audience, and with the kind of intimate, soul-nourishing shows that made me fall in love with performing in the first place," says Cookie. "In a time when so much feels fast and fleeting, I’m craving the slow magic of small rooms and real moments.”
