✅ Things to Remember

• Strictly a student, 18+ event.

• The cruise runs 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Please arrive early for check-in — no latecomers will be admitted.

• You must carry a physical, VIC Government–approved ID proving you are 18 or older.

• Australian driver licence

• Victorian learner permit

• Victorian proof of age card

• Keypass card

• Australian or foreign passport

General Understanding

In These Conditions

• 'Victoria Star Cruises' means Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd and, where the context requires, its employees or agents.

• 'Passenger' means any person or persons on the cruise by virtue of their ticket or booking.

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd values the health and safety of all patrons. All cruises will be operated in accordance with applicable Victorian Government health and safety requirements and regulations in force at the time of the event.

Minimum Age Requirements

Guests must be 18 years or older for party events.

Children under 12 years old are permitted on Family, School and Community events. Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. Crew are not responsible for their care or safety. Life jackets are available for children and adults.

Cancellation of Event

Cruises will operate in wet weather. However, Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone a cruise due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd cancels the event, customers will receive a full refund of deposits or any money paid, subject to any specific terms agreed in writing.

Transport

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd does not cover customers' transport costs to or from the pick-up or drop-off wharf under any circumstances.

Accessibility on Board

Certain light and manual wheelchairs can access the upper deck through the vessel's stable ramp. Please note that there are no disabled toilet facilities. Toilets require access by stairs to the main deck.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only on the lower-level outside decks, with ashtrays provided for convenience.

Drinks

No BYO drinks are permitted.

Each adult guest must purchase one drink package for themselves where a drink package is required for the event. Sharing of drink packages is not permitted. A charge may apply if sharing is detected.

Water stations will be available throughout the boat.

Security may check bags upon boarding.

The bar will close 30 minutes prior to the event's conclusion.

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate alcohol service if patrons appear intoxicated and/or disembark guests at the nearest wharf where necessary.

Safety and Disclaimer

All passengers participate in Victoria Star Cruises cruises at their own risk.

Passengers with accessibility or medical requirements should seek appropriate medical advice before cruising.

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any guest for bad conduct, intoxication, unsafe behaviour or damage to property.

Photographs

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd reserves the right to photograph events for marketing and promotional purposes without notice, compensation or payment.

Disclaimer

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd's ability to meet its obligations is subject to circumstances beyond its control, including industrial disputes, accidents, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances. Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss of profit or consequential damages.

Marine Insurance

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd holds $500,000,000 AUD public liability insurance and complies with Transport Safety Victoria's requirements for operating a commercial passenger vessel.

Private Function Agreement

Safety and Security

Victoria Star Cruises Pty Ltd may engage security protection services as deemed necessary, with 24 hours' notice to the customer where practicable. Customers are responsible for the cost of any security services required for their event.

Damages and Breakages

A $1,000 cash damages/breakage bond ($1,500 for Dance Parties) is required at the commencement of the cruise. Any damages or breakages incurred during the event will be assessed and billed accordingly.
