Attendees of this event should come prepared with the following:-

• Comfortable, warm clothing for relaxation.
•  A pen and journal.
•  Water bottle.
•  Lip balm 
•  Any preferred comfort items like cushions or blankets.
• An open mind.
•  Avoid heavy meals before engaging in breathwork.

As a precaution, prolonged breath holds & intense breathwork

should NOT be practised in the following cases:

•  Pregnancy
•  High blood pressure
•  Recent vaccinations
•  History of Heart issues
• Cardiovascular disease
•  Recent injury or surgery
•  Heart attack
•  Angina
•  Seizure disorders
•  Family history of aneurysms
