Holy Alignment: Christ Centered Movement & Meditation (Sept 2026)

Join us for a Christ-centered yoga experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and create space for God. These gentle, trauma-informed classes integrate Scripture, prayer, and mindful movement to support whole-person wellness—mind, body, and spirit.

• Breathwork, stretching, and accessible movement (all levels welcome)
• A short devotional or Scripture reflection
• Opportunities to rest, restore, and realign your heart with God

• Yoga mat (Optional: 2 blocks and blanket if desired)
