Retreat starts 10am | Saturday 31st October 2026 | Palmdale, Central Coast NSW 

Join us for a soul-nourishing day retreat — where cows graze in freedom, cacao flows, and kindness & creativity blossoms.

Begin with a heart-opening yoga practice and guided cacao ceremony, followed by gentle breathwork and intention setting, led by Hayley from Pearl Beach Yoga. Meet and connect with the Moo to Ewe Cows and other residents on a guided walk. After enjoying a wholesome, plant-based lunch under the trees (weather permitting), we’ll dive into creativity with a grounding clay session.— crafting your own unique coil pot to keep (with optional bisque firing available post-retreat). 

Let your hands, heart and soul reconnect in this divine, earthy offering.
