Celebrate the launch of Lizzie Hewson's new book, Home Food at a beachside supper club hosted at John Fink’s home as part of the Fink Table series. John's home is right on the sand at Clovelly, with doors open, food flowing, and shoes optional – the perfect location to launch Home Food.
Enjoy the oceanside views with a generous roaming menu from Lizzie's book prepared by Aplenty including:
– A live pasta station
– Porchetta with essential crackling
– Slow-cooked trout with green hero sauce
– Chickpea, anchovy, and rosemary dip with summer crudité
– Plus an ice-cream stand featuring Messina’s Elisabetta with honey pangrattato
Cocktail drinks will be served by Four Pillars and a generous wine list served by DRNKS with a live jazz playing the classics to set the mood 🎶
