It’s Time to Celebrate!

MerryFest is back! Join Home in Place's biggest festive celebration of the year, now across two locations, making it easier than ever for more tenants to join the fun.

Bring your family and festive spirit for a day filled with entertainment, activities, great food and Christmas cheer. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

DATE 1 - Merryfest Gosford - Friday 18th of December, 2026 | Gosford Showground, Showground Road.

DATE 2 - MerryFest Maitland - Monday 21st of December, 2026 | Maitland Showground, Blomfield Road.

Who’s it for?

All Home in Place tenants from Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Taree, Upper Hunter, East Maitland, and the Central Coast.

What’s on?

• Fun rides and jumping castles

• Live entertainment and festive music

• A delicious BBQ lunch

• The popular Tenants Got Talent competition

• Christmas activities and surprises

Need a lift?

We've got you covered! Free transport will be available from selected locations. You must book your seat when registering. Pick-up times and transport details will be provided closer to the event.

• Depart Scone, Muswellbrook and Singleton

Whether you're a singer, dancer, musician, comedian, magician, poet or have a unique skill to showcase, we'd love to see it! The Tenants Got Talent showcase is all about celebrating the amazing talents within our Home in Place community.

Simply let us know when booking your ticket if you'd like to perform, and we'll be in touch with everything you need to know.

Important:

• All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.

• Extra guests may be possible, but priority goes to Home in Place tenants.

• Home in Place reserves the right to refuse entry, or cancel tickets if necessary, and will provide notice wherever possible.

• In case of unsafe weather conditions, the event may be cancelled or rescheduled. Tenants will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
