Event description

🍃 How are we to honour all that is arising, and discern our position amidst it all?

🍃 Who are we being asked to become through this, and in transition out of lockdown?

🍃 How might our personal revelations during this time contribute to a social revolution?

There are many questions we are all faced with in this time...questions that can either open us to humility and reverence, or close us to protection and familiarity.

Join Ryan and Al for a timely exploration into self and co-regulation practices for harmony-building, clarity and compassion during this time.
Whilst these times can be riddled with challenge and confusion, in 'turning towards' there lays an opportunity to deepen our meta-cognition, emotional and inter-personal capacity to respond gracefully.
