Maitland Homelessness Summit

FREE Event - Maitland Homelessness Summit on Tuesday 16 May 2023.

The Maitland Homelessness Summit has been created by a collective partnership of Maitland Service Providers and Private Business who wish to invite you to learn about the issues impacting people experiencing homelessness, and how we can create opportunities to make homelessness Rare, Brief and Non-Recurring in the Maitland Local Area.

Trina Jones, CEO of Homelessness NSW, will be providing a national perspective of the causes and responses to homelessness, she will then be hosting a World Café afternoon session where participants can tackle the big issues.

You will also hear from people with lived experience of homelessness and the experience of local service providers responding to the housing crisis.

This is an opportunity for stakeholders in Maitland to engage, connect and take forward solutions to address the housing crisis and housing stress.
