In life — and in yoga — honesty begins with meeting ourselves exactly where we are. This class is about letting go of perfection and connecting with your body in the way it needs today. Some days you may flow with strength, other days you may rest — both are perfect.

In Honest Yoga, we move through gentle yet empowering sequences, guided by breath and mindful awareness. There’s no need to force or push; instead, we create space to notice, release, and return to balance.

This is a warm, inclusive space for all levels, where you can explore movement without judgement and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.
