About the Author

Sigrid Tasies is an author, Embodiment Teacher, Somatic Facilitator and Medicine Woman with over a decade of experience guiding women into deeper connection with their bodies, their power and their feminine nature. Bridging Earth and Body wisdom, she has guided thousands of leaders internationally through her programs, retreats and mentorship, supporting them to come home to their bodies, reclaim their power and embody a different way of living, loving and leading.
