Introducing Honey Fawn Prom - a night for you and your besties to get dressed up, take loads of photos, dance the night away and live out your favourite rom-com prom moment. 

We’ve brought together some amazing local businesses to give you a night you won’t forget. 

• Blue Wren Collective will be making the event look beautiful, ready for all those photo ops!
• FlowState will be bringing the vibes and dance floor bangers for us to dance the night away
• Photographique Studio will be making you feel like a celebrity with their pop-up portrait studio, giving you a chance to have professional stylised photos and tips on posing for that a-list shot
• Rosella Shoots will be capturing the fun of the night and those d-floor action shots
• Pics and Prints are bringing the classic rom-com photobooth moment so you can take a home a souvenir
• It wouldn’t be a party without a 360 camera right?! And the Party 360 team is making sure the Prom is THE party of the year!
• Start the night off with a sparkle with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival thanks to Pipers Brook
• Plus more to be announced!

Prom will be concluding at 10.30pm, but that doesn’t have to be the end of your night. Keep the party going at one of Country Club’s venues, take a taxi into the city or book a hotel room and add a romcom slumber party to the night. 

Who’s invited? There’s only two restrictions to guests who can attend the prom:

• You must be over 18 years of age 
• You must have good vibes and be ready to dance the night away!

Honey Fawn has created this event with the sole purpose of creating an opportunity for locals to get dressed up and have fun, whilst also promoting local businesses. To show our commitment to it being a cost-effective and not a money making activity, if any profit is made through ticket sales, it will be donated to Magnolia House, Launceston’s women's shelter. The event is not a fundraiser, and therefore there is no expectation for you to donate or spend more than the ticket price and drinks on consumption. We just want you to have a fun night out!

Conditions:

1. There will be a number of photographers capturing content throughout the night. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to be photographed and the use of the content by Honey Fawn Boutique and participating businesses, for marketing purposes, including but not restricted to, social media, websites and advertising.
2. A selection of images and content taken throughout the night will be available on social media post-event. High-resolution copies will be available for purchase through the applicable business. 
3. Event management reserves the right to check ID’s throughout the event. Failure to comply will result in us asking you to leave the event.
4. If booking separately for a group, please provide a group name at checkout for us to connect the tickets. If no name is provided, your seats will be allocated wherever there is space. Please note tables are restricted to 10 people. If a group is under 10, you will be seated with other ticket holders. For exclusive use of a whole table, please purchase a table ticket. 
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) will apply throughout the event and will be managed by the Country Club team. Liquor licensing laws require strict management of responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to cut liquor supply or ask you to leave if you do not comply with RSA.
6. We require each attendee’s full name upon booking for seating purposes. Names can be changed up to 48 hours prior to the event. Please email info@honeyfawn.com.au for more information.
7. Due to catering reasons, no refunds for cancellations will be available after September 20th. Please email info@honeyfawn.com.au for more information.
8. Any dietary requirements must be provided at time of booking to ensure they are met. Any requirements communicated after purchase of tickets are subject to availability. 
9. Your contact information may be shared with participating businesses to communicate special offers and benefits as a ticket holder. You may request for your information to removed at any time. We will never sell your information or pass it onto an external entity.
10. Each ticket holder is eligible for 20% off at Honey Fawn Boutique on any purchase of an occasion-wear dress. Terms & Conditions:
    1. Only applicable on dresses, excluding special order and bridal
    2. Offer must be redeemed prior to October 5th 2024
