honeypot is launching with a party dedicated to stickiness in all its forms.
STICKY is a celebration of being grimy, ungovernable, sweaty and uncouth. This is the opposite of Clean Girl Aesthetic. Come slathered in your favorite sticky substance of choice: gum-snapping, gloss dripping, drenched in sweat, greasy and oily, or slicked in lube.

honeypot has a no phones on the dancefloor policy, to not only help us switch off and focus on dancing, but also so people can feel free to exist in the space without being photographed. Phones can be used outside, in the bathrooms, or in the seated chillout space.

This party is for lesbians and trans people first, if you aren't part of that community then please consider why you're coming into this space. In saying that, we want all of our dykes and dolls to have their favourite people with them. We have a tiered ticketing system, where people from outside that community can choose to attend accompanied by a responsible dyke and/or doll.

honeypot operates on land is millenias old, was and still is the rightful land of of the Gadigal people. We meet, dance, and play on unceded land with a painful history. As a result, all profit from honeypot events go towards paying the rent to local queer First Nations organisations. No one is free until everyone is free.
