Honoring the Dark Sky: A Free Virtual New Moon Gathering
Description
Most people view the New Moon as a checklist—a time for frantic intention-setting, manifestation lists, and looking solely ahead. But the true essence of a dark sky is much more profound. It behaves like an inner winter solstice, a liminal threshold in the sky. It is a quiet sanctuary that holds both the culmination of the cycle that has passed and the hidden spark of the cycle to come. It is a sacred pause for honoring what was, grounding in what is, and holding gentle space for the potential of what can be. If you are craving a softer, deeper, and more supportive relationship to the lunar cycle—one that lets your body lead instead of your mind—join us for this intimate, 40-minute virtual sanctuary.
What We Will Share:
The Cosmic Garden (10 mins): A collective astrological brief on the upcoming New Moon’s themes. We look at the macro-sky as a tool for deeper illumination, not an explanation to fit yourself into.
The Somatic Sip & Journaling (8 mins): A brief, guided body scan to drop you into the present moment, followed by two intentional journal prompts to help you listen to what your body already knows in the quiet of the dark moon.
Supportive Group Sharing (15 mins): A gently moderated, protected space to share a word, phrase, or feeling that surfaced during your reflection. This is a space of pure witnessing—we listen to support, not to fix or give advice.
The Bridge (7 mins): A seamless transition to close our circle and discover how to take these digital insights and anchor them deeply into our physical body and upcoming in-person somatic gatherings.
Come exactly as you are. No prior astrology experience required. Just a notebook, a pen, and a willingness to sit in the quiet potential of the New Moon.
