Join us at a dreamy location in Perth Hills for a day devoted to slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and welcoming the fresh energy of the season through 𝓳𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓷𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰, 𝓲𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷, 𝓯𝓵𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻𝓼 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓵𝓮 𝓶𝓸𝓿𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽.

Our afternoon begins with a nourishing 𝓢𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓣𝓮𝓪, allowing us to arrive softly into the day. From here, we’ll settle into a guided 𝓢𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓽𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 & 𝓙𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓷𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓹𝓻𝓪𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓬𝓮, creating space to listen inwardly and explore what you would like to nurture, cultivate and call forward in the season ahead.

From intention, we move into creation…

With flowers as our guide, let’s explore the beauty and art of floristry. Shannon Mars from “Mars Florals” will guide us through a 𝓕𝓵𝓸𝓻𝓪𝓵 𝓥𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓐𝓻𝓻𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓦𝓸𝓻𝓴𝓼𝓱𝓸𝓹. Working with spring blooms, colour, texture and natural movement, we’ll create something beautiful with our hands…a little reminder that growth doesn’t need to be rushed, and that beauty can be found in the unfolding.

To close the afternoon Laura Finnegan from “Of the Earth Yoga” will journey us through a deeply nourishing and relaxing 𝓢𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓨𝓲𝓷 𝓨𝓸𝓰𝓪 practice, inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
