Event description

From puberty to menopause and all the fun stuff in-between...

You're a woman.

So that means you are more than likely dealing with some type of hormonal shift in your body and trying to keep up with all the changes we experience in our lifetime, right?

Depending on what life stage you are at, you could be dealing with health and emotional issues which may be caused by an imbalance of hormones. Yes... we're talking mood swings, restlessness, out of whack cycles, hot flushes, skin breakouts, headaches, and exhaustion - what joy.

These hormonal imbalances can affect our sleep, diet, exercise, confidence, relationships and not to mention sex life! So let's get back in the driver's seat of this rollercoaster ride. Are you with us?

Whether you're experiencing puberty, pregnancy, post-partum, peri-menopause, menopause or anything in-between we are opening a discussion to educate and empower ourselves with the shifts that take place through each life stage regardless of what's being faced, whether by us, our sisters, daughters, or friends. And guess what? It's a lot simpler to do than we think...

Join us for an insightful, inspiring and connection-filled evening. We'll hear from hormone experts Dr. Lynn Burmeister - obstetrician, gynecologist, and fertility specialist, Nat Kringoudis - Dr of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Author and Podcast Host, and Amanda Waaldyk - Dr of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Founder of Angea Acupuncture & Yoga and the Mindful Pregnancy Yoga Training. These ladies will be sharing their wealth of knowledge and top tricks for biohacking your hormones so you can feel your very best, every damn day.
