Event description
Hospice Essentials can be used as the primary method of providing new hospice and palliative care team members with the essential knowledge needed for safe, competent clinical practice.
This comprehensive, interdisciplinary educational program and companion resource materials use sound clinical judgement and evidence-based practice standards to provide fundamental content and establish a strong foundation for hospice and palliative care clinical practice.
The Hospice Essentials course was developed by Teleios Collaborative Network’s (TCN's) Professional Development team and subject matter specialists within the member network. The program includes an option to customize participation for experienced hospice and palliative care clinicians.

Cynthia has a Bachelor’s in Nursing from West Liberty University, a Master’s in Nursing from Marshall University and is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator through the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association.
