Hospitality Tasmania's Awards for Excellence return in 2025—bigger, better, and more vibrant than ever!

Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, where we’ll come together to celebrate the best of Tasmania’s hospitality industry. It’s the ultimate industry night out—network, reconnect, and party like only hospitality people know how!

As the sun sets, the energy rises—Hugo Bladel will bring the dance floor to life with his signature live DJ performance, so get ready to celebrate in true hospitality style.

When the party wraps up, the Red Decker Bus team will be on hand to transport guests back to the Waterfront to keep the celebrations going.

Event Details:

Date: Wednesday 15th October
Time: Gates open at 5.00pm | Event concludes at 11:00pm
Venue: The Children’s Lawn, Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens

Dress Code: Garden Party Cocktail (Spring vibes encouraged – please avoid heels due to grassed areas)

Tickets: $110 per person + booking fee (includes food, beverages plus bus ticket from the gardens to the Waterfront after the event)

Entry: Via the Top Entrance
Bus Pickup: Lower Domain Highway exit
Buses: Continuous loops from 10:45pm onwards
This is a strictly 18+ event
Each guest name must be supplied when booking ticket. If you are unable to provide a name at the time of booking, please log back into your order and add names when available.
When booking your tickets, please indicate how many members of your team will be catching the Red Decker Bus at the end of the night.
Should you have mobility issues reaching our site please let us know as we will have a golf cart available for transport
