Tanya is a passionate communicator, she has her own private practice as a psychotherapist specialising in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, as well as being a coach and trainer. She specialises in communication skills, coaching (life and business coaching), incidental counselling in the work place, resilience training, stress management and meditation. Having 24 years in the natural health and mental health arenas, Tanya has a wide array of experience and expertise to keep your goals a priority. As well as being a sought after counsellor and coach, she has in depth knowledge of the complexities of human behaviour. She is passionate about inspiring leadership and personal and professional growth. Since 2013 Tanya has also been a lecturer and trainer in adult education in the private sector (RTO). Tanya’s passion for empowering others is contagious, and she is a positive example of the work she teaches.
