With over a decade of meditation experience, Sam has dedicated his adult life to the cultivation and sharing of mindfulness. He wrote his Master's thesis on mindfulness and PTSD in children and spent many years working in both the international humanitarian field, for the United Nations and Red Cross, and in Education. With almost half a decade spent in residential monastic settings, he finally settled in Taiwan, where he studied Zen and Tea tradition. He now travels Australia and New Zealand sharing tea under Cloud Hidden.
