Sculpt is the new home of female health and fitness in Manly Beach. Founder and Head Trainer Laura wanted to create something special with Sculpt, a beautiful studio with workouts created for women by women.
Sculpt offers a safe, warm and inviting space for women in the Northern Beaches to connect through movement in our classes or at our SELF Women's Wellness workshops.
