Libby is an accredited Principal Master Mental Health First Aid: Youth, Conversations About Suicide, Conversations About Non-Suicidal-Self-Injury, Conversations About Gambling, and Youth Refresher Instructor.

Libby is now also the WA Manager for WISA (Wellbeing in Schools Australia), helping schools support both staff and students.

With a background in Arts and Education, Libby has extensive experience in working with young people and adults, and is a freelance writer for International mental health zines.

Facilitating the MHFA training courses in all Australian states, and specialising in remote and rural areas.

As a Musical Theatre Director and Teacher, Libby delivers dance, drama, and singing programmes that facilitate engaging theatre arts experiences for children and young adults. The Arts are a powerful means of self-expression and development, used to help young people explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills. These opportunities for young people are positive ways to help emotions and feelings be expressed in a safe and fun environment when words simply aren’t enough.

Libby is also actively involved in a number of mental health committees - Mindful Margaret River, Alliance Against Depression, Roses in the Ocean, and supports Indigenous scholarships through her bookings.

Passionate about Mental Health and Youth, and having worked and travelled internationally in Africa, United Kingdom, Europe, and throughout Australia; Libby brings a fresh and knowledgeable approach - delivered in a supportive environment - to her courses and classes.

Feedback from previous participants of Libby's courses:

"Libby is an exceptional instructor and really delivers this course well. I will seek to have Libby deliver the course to my staff in future training events."

"The instructor was very mindful of the nature of the course and the potential triggers that could arise. She respectfully made the course light enough to engage the participants in a way that made everyone comfortable. But at the same time she ensured the severity of the topic was understood by all."

"Libby was very approachable and made everything understandable and everyone feel comfortable.. Would 100% recommend her to others."
