Katherine is the founder of Wild Glow Yoga. She shares Tantric, kundalini, breathwork, kriya, meditation, movement and somatic embodiment practices. She has spent several years living in the foothills of the Himalayas with Yogic Masters and Sages, absorbing wisdom and cultivating her practice, whilst assimilating the gifts of the land and it's energy. She is an Energetic Embodiment Coach, Master Sattva Yoga Teacher, and holder of the Feminine Mysteries. Her deepest intention is to nourish and enrich the lives of those she serves.
