Kate Helder - Co-Founder and Director at Mind Heart Connect

Kate Helder is a social entrepreneur with a genuine interest in health and wellbeing. With over 25 years experience in sales, marketing, events and project management, Kate is committed to create a greater awareness of the mind, body link and Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping), to the broader community. Founding Mind Heart Connect as a conference company in 2016, with business partner Dr Peta Stapleton, Kate’s vision was to establish a non-profit organisation. The Mind Heart Connect Foundation established in July 2018, provides education and training in trauma informed Clinical EFT, to service providers supporting indigenous and refugee youth.
