ZOE FITZGERALD - co-founder and facilitator
Zoe is a designer, facilitator, consultant and coach who is passionate about creating spaces where the human spirit can flourish – where we can all access and expand our creativity, compassion and capacity to learn, collaborate and change.
Zoe has more than 15 years of international experience creating impact through people across a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit sectors and industries. She is experienced in group process and learning experience design and facilitation using a variety of innovative and participatory approaches. These include the Thinking Environment, Deep Democracy, Team Coaching, Liberating Structures, Human Centred Design, Kaospilot Vision Backcasting, Theory U and the Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations.
Zoe has worked with the private and non-profit sectors in more than 30 countries across Asia, Europe, The Americas and the Middle East. Zoe’s career highlights include 8 years working in banks in 3 different countries in diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employee engagement, organisational development and change management projects. She has also spent more than 5 years working as a external consultant in people, team and organisational development, innovation, and workshop facilitation and coaching across multiple levels of organisational leadership in multiple geographies and industries. Zoe also spent 4 years full time as a national and international director in a global youth leadership development not-for-profit organisation.
Zoe is based in Melbourne, Australia where she co-founded Alkimia Learning. She works in her native English, and also in Portuguese and Spanish.
