Meld Studios is an award-winning agency with a philosophy built on systems thinking and human-centred design. Since 2009 we have helped almost 200 organisations across Australia to navigate change, and to work more collaboratively with their staff and communities to put better things — policies, environments, experiences, products, services — out into the world. Our mission is broad: we exist to improve the everyday lives of people as they interact with the world around them. We advocate for choices and behaviours that lead to: - Responsible business practices - Quality of life and work for all humans - Regenerative practices that repair damage to our planet. The tools you'll get through our courses take inspiration from many sources, including how we run our own company, and now we’re sharing them with you.
