Genevieve is a mentor, therapist and visionary dedicated to helping people Find their Rhythm and Shine their Light. Genevieve weaves together: Cutting-edge science with ancestral wisdom; Intellect with intuition; Heart with mind; and Body with spirit. She is eternally curious, loves connecting obscure dots and is passionate about supporting people to remember and access their own innate wisdom and power and giving them the tools to do this for themselves. She is a space-holder who has spent decades delving into the depths of her own soul and unearthing inner truths. She has danced extensively with shame, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and sexual abuse. She has also worked through her own chronic gut issues and son’s ADHD. Through this she has learnt the value of working with the whole human - heart, mind, body, spirit. She is the grateful mama to three amazing not-quite-men and the blessed partner to one incredible man, all of whom are her eternal teachers.
