She is a space-holder who has spent decades delving into the depths of her own soul and unearthing inner truths. She has danced extensively with shame, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and sexual abuse.
She has also worked through her own chronic gut issues and son’s ADHD.
Through this she has learnt the value of working with the whole human - heart, mind, body, spirit.
She is the grateful mama to three amazing not-quite-men and the blessed partner to one incredible man, all of whom are her eternal teachers.
