Samford Health & Wellbeing Support

Samford Health and Wellbeing Support (SHAWS). A community-based service to provide support and information through awareness days and social forums. Additional information We provide access to mentors, counsellors, PTSD support, and health advocates. We offer workshops with different health professionals who are wishing to support you. We mix education with our laid-back get-togethers so we can enjoy each other's company and learn how we might improve our health and wellbeing. Come along we would love to meet you and connect again.
