Escabags is an Australian registered charity who provide ‘Escape Bags’ for families and individuals escaping domestic and family abuse. Each 'Escape Bag' is hand sewn by volunteers and then sent to our warehouse where they are filled with all the essential items a victim and his/her children may need when initially escaping an abusive or dangerous situation. Our 'Escape Bags' are in place to prevent those fleeing an abusive situation from re-entering the family home, a time we know is most lethal, as the perpetrator knows that he or she has lost all control. It's the Escabags mission to ensure there is at least one stockist in every suburb in Australia so that no one is ever too far from an Escape Bag or a life free from fear. Escabags currently has over 700 stockists nationally, a number that continues to grow every week! Our motto is, you don't have to be a particular type of business to be a stockist - just a kind one!
