I devote my life to helping others heal and grow by connecting with their inherent wisdom and compassion. I believe that we are all born with an innate sense of love, joy, peace and connectedness. My mission is to help people rediscover their inner peace, connection and well-being by encouraging them to tap into their core beliefs and patterns so that they can make positive life changes in order to feel free from stress, anxiety and heartache.
I believe that the best breathwork facilitators are the ones who have worked with trauma, inner conflict and pain for a long time. Having struggled myself, I have a lot of compassion for others and really enjoy helping change people's lives.
