The Refugee Council of Australia (RCOA) is the national umbrella body in Australia for refugees and people seeking asylum and those who support them. We are a nonprofit organisation which is completely independent of government. RCOA advocates for the development of humane, lawful and constructive policies towards refugees and people seeking asylum by Australia and other governments and their communities.
