About the hosts: Deb & Denise Deb is a Yoga teacher, a free spirit who likes to play Tibetan healing bowls...Yoga came in her life in 2010 when she was living in London, a new revolution in her life! Today, counting 10 years of Yoga practice...teaching it's a true vocation and she has made of it her profession. Deb has completed her Yoga Teacher Training & Ayurveda Basic principles with Ayurveda massages & therapies in India. Today you find her, practising yoga, teaching mindfulness and helping people to have a grounded and balanced life in Sydney CBD and in Vaucluse. Denise is a Chilean Energetic Healer and Architect, who has been curious about symbols and spirituality since adolescence. She was initiated in Reiki in 2011 in a moment of huge stress, which opened the door to study different energetic healing techniques to improve her life. This personal journey matured to the point that in 2017 she started attending clients and has been running workshops and ceremonies with other healers until now. Now she is integrating the tradition of the European Master Builders through the Energetic Geometry into her healing work in Sydney and overseas.
