Emma McKenzie

I am a yoga teacher with a certificate in mindbody therapy who has a deep passion and curiosity around the human experience. I enjoy weaving mindbody practices into my yoga teaching to support students wellbeing and emotional resilience. I am on a quest to discover how we can deepen our connection to self and the world around us through the body. I also facilitate yoga for beginners courses to support others in this discovery as well.
