Sharon Wilks is driven to help people feel better and empower them to perform at their best. Her natural, down to earth style puts people at ease and creates a psychologically safe environment. Sharon’s expertise spans wellness, leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, positive psychology, change, and mental health.
With a background of over 20 years in corporate sales and marketing, Sharon is well versed in the pressures and challenges of business. She is comfortable in the boardroom and enjoys relating with people at all levels of organisations, and helping them to shine. Transitioning to facilitating wellness workshops, Sharon founded WellWorkers Programs in 2017 to address the epidemic of workplace stress. She’s passionate about boosting morale, wellbeing, and teamwork. Her workshops are highly engaging, interactive and solution oriented.
Sharon has delivered keynote presentations at national industry events including the HR Summit, Wayahead Workplaces and Australian Human Resources Institute. She’s partnered with diverse organisations across industry and government to elevate workplace wellness and outcomes; and she organises full- and multi-day wellness events.
In her spare time, Sharon loves multi-day hiking, travel, cycling, yoga and meditation.
