Cobargo Wellness Group is a non-profit organisation that supports individuals and communities to thrive through education, wellbeing, and creative projects after crisis and beyond. The Ginger the Frog Project is a theatre show, CD, and a series of wellness stories with exercises to help create emotional wellbeing in our young children. The Art of Minding Less is a bonus course for adults that compliments the Ginger the Frog program.
