Linda is an experienced and qualified trainer and facilitator with more than 20 years’ experience in delivering workshops and customised training programs in community and workplace settings.
An accredited trainer of Suicide Prevention programs and an accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor, Linda is passionate about raising awareness of mental health, empowering people to improve their mental health and wellbeing and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and suicide. Linda believes people are experts in their own lives and have the essential skills and experience to reduce the influence and impact of challenges that arise in life.
With a respectful and collaborative facilitation style, each training session is unique and rewarding with participants encouraged to share insights of their own unique experiences.
For the past six years, Linda has also worked in a volunteer capacity as a telephone support worker with a national crisis support service (Lifeline).
Linda holds a Master of Counselling degree, is a professional member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA).
