Jax is a Yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, Women's Circle Facilitator and counsellor in training. Yoga is her passion, holding space and facilitating circles is her calling. Jax has been holding Women's circles since 2020 after reading Anita Diamant's Red Tent she was instantly called to hold her own Circle and has done so since. Her mission is to empower women to connect to themselves and one another, she strongly believes that empowered women, empower one another.
You can expect to move (do yoga and other movement based practices - as a way of moving energy through our body), meditate, journal, laugh, cry, share and connect yourself and one another. Her circles are warm and inviting to all people of all all ages, genders and abilities. We usually gather on the Full Moon but this can vary from time to time.
