Kristin Bayley is an advanced/specialist behaviour support practitioner and speech pathologist with over 20 years’ experience supporting children, young people, and adults with behaviours of concern across education, disability, and health settings in Australia and overseas. She holds Masters degrees in Behaviour Analysis and in Speech and Language Pathology.
She is the Owner and Director of To the Moon & Back, a Specialist Behaviour Support organisation in Sydney. She is also the Owner and Co-Director of Launch Supervision. Launch Supervision exists to lift the standard of behaviour support practice in Australia. As the demand for services continues to grow under the NDIS, many practitioners have entered the field quickly and without the depth of training and support that high-quality, affirming practice requires.
Through structured supervision, practical training, and ongoing mentorship, Launch equips practitioners with the skills, confidence, and critical thinking needed to do this work well. Our focus is on building deep understanding, ethical decision-making, and evidence-informed practice that enhances quality of life and upholds the rights and dignity of the people we support.
Kristin has a deep commitment to person-centred, affirming practice and is passionate about creating environments where people can life their best lives. This means that they feel connected, respected and understood.
Her work is grounded in collaboration, dignity, and curiosity. She believes that the best outcomes happen when disciplines work with each other, not in parallel, and that behaviour support should enhance a person’s quality of life, not restrict it. Kristin’s approach prioritises practical, evidence-informed strategies that build connection and capacity around the person — while always holding joy, safety, and respect at the centre.
