She works at the intersection of subconscious healing, somatic science, and emotional resolution, guiding high-achieving women and wellness professionals to finally resolve what years of therapy, personal development, and wellness routines couldn’t touch.
Her signature method, The Overwhelm Solution, is the foundation of all her 1:1 work, group programs, and professional trainings.
What you might not see on first glance? Faye’s lived this work. After multiple burnouts, chronic stress, and a lifetime of inner pressure, she had to find her own way out without medication, and when talk therapy wasn’t an option. What she discovered became the framework she now teaches.
A true global citizen, Faye has lived, worked, and studied in 13 countries across 4 continents. A Lebanese-Canadian-Kiwi, she was born in Lebanon during the war, immigrated to Canada as a teenager, married a New Zealander, and now calls Brisbane home. She loves walks in nature, Lebanese food, and good conversation.
