Cooked, cursed and completely incorrigible, they are the Cult Classic of Melbourne Drag - MOXIE DELITE! They are a draglesque diva and deviant ruling the local scene with humour and horror. Using their art to disrupt the status quo and uplift underrepresented talent, Moxie is the producer of fabulous productions such as Feral!, Dragraiser, Cirque de Moxie, Gimmick!, the Legacy Drag Competition 2023 and Outer Demons 2024.
With their unique brand of award-winning stupidity, Moxie holds the title of DT's Talent Hunt 2019, Burlesque Muse Melbourne 2021, Nerdlesque Champion 2022, was a featured performer in the Australian Burlesque Festival’s ‘Shock-O-Rama’ show in 2022, a finalist in the Altimate Showdown competition in 2024, and a nominated finalist for the MEDEA’s ‘Rising Burlesque Star’ and ‘Best Variety Event’ awards for their work as a burlesque soloist and producing the Legacy Drag Competition respectively in 2024.
Being sought out for their ridiculous pop culture acts across Australia, Moxie performed in Guy Alias’ Drag Cabaret Spongebob Tribute show in 2022, headlined Lollybag Burlesque in 2023, shocked audiences with their quintessentially chaotic Spongebob and Mr Bean acts in the Mx Burlesque Victoria competition in 2022 and 2023, and performed in the 5 star nerdlesque cabaret ‘With Great Power’ at Adelaide Fringe in 2024.
But that’s not all! This extremely humble performer has a sickening love for excel spreadsheets that earned them incredible opportunities to curate a drag show for the City of Casey’s first Midsumma Festival event in 2021, worked alongside Maude Davey in curating a showcase of local talent for Finucane and Smith’s Dance Hall at Bunjil Place in 2021, was an artistic curator for the Australian Burlesque Festival’s ‘The Blaze Out’ show in 2023, and worked with Imogen Kelly in producing the sold out run of Bent Burlesque for the Midsumma Festival in 2024.
When not dazzling and demolishing the stage or writing an obnoxiously long bio, Moxie teaches introductory makeup and producing workshops, providing upcoming performers, makeup artists and producers with resources to thrive in their own unique ways.
