Rotary Club of Capalaba Inc.

Capalaba Rotary Club held it first Blues Festival in 2014 after then Councilor Paul Gleeson identified the under utilisation of Capalaba Regional Park and the lack of a major event in the Capalaba area. With Past Capalaba Club President Warren Doyle leading the way , the first festival attracted 3,500 people. The 2020 festival was awarded an Redland City Council Australia Day award and the attendance maximum has increased to over 10,000.
